Job Description

1. Master's or PhD degree; major in Metallurgical Engineering or Metal Materials Engineering 2. Background in vacuum metallurgy and high-purity metals research, with 2+ years of industry experience 3. Optimize electron-beam melting purification processes for high-purity copper; solve the challenge of limited removal of low vapor-pressure impurities 4. Raw-material pre-treatment and gaseous-impurity control to reduce both initial raw-material impurities and impurities newly introduced during melting
