Job Description

1. Master's or PhD degree; major in Metallurgical Engineering or Metal Materials Engineering 2. Background in vacuum metallurgy and high-purity metals research, with 2+ years of industry experience 3. Study preparation processes for high-purity tantalum ingots: optimize electron-beam melting parameters (power, rate, cooling method, melting direction) to reduce impurities and increase purity 4. Microstructure homogenization control: regulate grain size and texture distribution of high-purity tantalum through process improvement
