1. College degree or above; major in Chemistry or Materials preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
2. Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments; familiar with the Seven QC Tools; able to read basic drawings.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, with strong resilience to pressure.
