1. Age 42 or below, bachelor's degree; familiar with national and industry new safety laws and regulations; solid theoretical expertise and manufacturing on-site operation experience.
2. Responsible for daily safety inspections and hazard identification to ensure the work environment meets safety standards.
3. Organize and implement safety training programs to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
4. Participate in formulating and improving safety management rules and regulations, and promote optimization of the safety management system.
5. Familiar with safety-system setup; able to write safety plans and emergency plans, with a strong sense of responsibility and risk-prediction ability.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of metal-metallurgy safety management experience; familiar with safety-management workflows for vacuum melting and special furnace operations; understand smelting-industry laws, regulations, and acceptance standards. 2. Metal industry preferred; must hold a safety officer certificate and intermediate Registered Safety Engineer (metal smelting) qualification.
