1. Educational age: Technical secondary school degree or above, majors in metallurgy, materials, electromechanical, machinery and other related majors are preferred, 20-40 years old,
2. Experience requirements: Have experience in practical operation or technical follow-up of electron beam furnaces, be familiar with the working principles, smelting process and equipment structure of electron beam furnaces, practitioners related to metal purification and special metal smelting are preferred, outstanding apprentices and skilled operators can relax conditions.
3. Skills requirements: Be able to independently complete the daily operation, parameter debugging and basic equipment maintenance of the electron beam furnace, understand basic process drawings and equipment operation manuals, and have basic data recording and problem analysis capabilities.
4. Obey the production arrangements of the workshop, work rigorously and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, have good teamwork ability, be familiar with workshop safety production specifications, and have no criminal record of illegal operation.
5. Priority will be given to those with special operation operation certificates, experience in high-purity metal smelting production, and independent operators who can quickly get started.
