Job Description
1. Education & major: technical secondary school or above, major in Metallurgical Engineering, Metal Materials, or Mechatronics preferred, age 20–40.
2. Core experience: experience in operating or technically supporting high-purity metal vacuum induction melting furnaces; familiar with vacuum melting processes and high-purity metal production flows; understand vacuum induction furnace structure, operating principles, and common fault handling; priority for those with rare-metal or high-purity alloy melting experience.
3. Professional ability: able to independently start/stop the vacuum induction melting furnace, adjust process parameters, and control the melting process; proficient in key quality-control points of high-purity metal production; capable of basic process analysis and troubleshooting.
4. Strictly comply with production processes and safety-management systems; good execution and teamwork awareness; able to withstand workshop production pressure.
5. Hold a metallurgy-industry special-operation certificate or prior high-purity metal production experience; skilled technical apprentices accepted.
