1. Technical secondary school or above, under 40, physically fit, able to adapt to high-temperature, noisy workshop environment
2. 5+ years of independent air-hammer operation; skilled with 750 kg–3 t air hammers; proficient in drawing-out and upsetting free-forging processes
3. Able to read mechanical drawings and understand heating characteristics of metal materials; precisely control forging parameters
4. Holder of forging special-operation certificate or forging-worker certificate preferred
