Job Description

1. PhD in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields 2. 3+ years of copper and copper-alloy R&D experience; proficient in high-strength high-conductivity copper alloys and precision copper alloys 3. Familiar with the full process of copper-alloy melting, casting, plastic working, and heat treatment 4. Ability in alloy-composition design, microstructure control, and property optimization 5. Experience leading new-material development projects; published high-level papers or held relevant patents preferred

Requirements

1. Mastery of Cu and Cu-alloy phase diagrams, strengthening mechanisms, and processing-parameter matching 2. Proficient with thermodynamic software (JMatPro, Thermo-Calc) and material characterization 3. Full-cycle management experience from R&D to mass production of new copper alloys 4. Experience developing copper materials for aerospace, electronics, new-energy vehicles, and other high-end fields preferred
