1. Bachelor's degree or above in Metal Materials, Material Forming, or related fields
2. 3+ years of material deformation-processing and on-site technical-support experience
3. Familiar with basic processes such as extrusion, drawing, rolling, forging, and annealing
4. Experience in non-ferrous metal processing enterprises preferred
Requirements
1. Mastery of deformation-processing parameter design and optimization for copper and copper alloys
2. Able to independently resolve process-performance issues in copper processing
3. Proficient with AutoCAD or UG and other CAD software
4. Good data-analysis ability; able to use SPC and other tools for process control
