1. Master's degree or above in Materials Science, Powder Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
2. 5+ years of HIP process R&D experience; proficient in equipment process-parameter optimization
3. Familiar with HIP applications in powder densification, casting defect elimination, and diffusion bonding
4. Ability to independently lead R&D projects and write technical reports and patents
5. Experience in additive manufacturing, controlled nuclear fusion, or powder-metallurgy near-net-shape forming preferred
Requirements
1. Mastery of HIP temperature-pressure-time process-curve design and optimization
2. Familiar with HIP process windows for different material systems
3. Ability for HIP equipment maintenance and process safety management
4. Experience collaborating on R&D projects with research institutes or universities preferred
