1. Bachelor's degree or above in Metal Materials, Powder Metallurgy, or related fields
2. 3+ years of refractory-metal (W, Mo, Ta, Nb) processing experience
3. On-site process-management and quality-problem analysis/resolution ability
Requirements
1. Able to independently prepare refractory-metal processing documents and inspection standards
2. Familiar with common defect analysis and improvement methods for refractory-metal products
3. Good cross-department communication and coordination; able to support R&D in introducing new processes
