1. College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields
2. 5+ years of large-manufacturing equipment-procurement management experience; familiar with the metal-processing equipment market
3. Proficient in the full equipment-procurement process (requirements analysis, supplier development, bidding, contract negotiation, acceptance)
4. Ability to build a supplier resource base and manage supplier evaluation
5. Budget-control awareness; able to independently complete procurement-cost analysis and cost-reduction plans
Requirements
1. Familiar with core non-ferrous metal-processing equipment (melting furnaces, extruders, draw-benches, heat-treatment furnaces, etc.)
2. Excellent business-negotiation and contract-risk-control awareness
3. Proficient with ERP systems and office software; data-analysis ability
4. Holder of procurement certificates (e.g., CPSM, CPPM) preferred
