1. Technical secondary school/college degree or above; Metal Materials or Quality Inspection preferred
2. 2+ years of quality-inspection experience in the metal-processing industry
3. Familiar with the full process of incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC), and final (FQC) inspection
4. Able to read mechanical drawings and tolerance annotations; proficient with conventional measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
5. Familiar with the ISO 9001 quality-management system; internal-auditor qualification preferred
Requirements
1. Able to independently perform mechanical-property and dimensional-accuracy inspections of metal materials
2. Proficient with quality tools (Seven QC Tools, SPC, 8D reports)
3. Able to identify and report quality abnormalities in production and drive closed-loop improvement
4. Meticulous and rigorous; able to adapt to the production-site environment
