1. Technical secondary school/college degree or above; Mold Design and Manufacturing preferred
2. 5+ years of maintenance experience with non-ferrous metal extrusion and drawing dies
3. Proficient in repair processes for extrusion dies (flat dies, porthole dies) and drawing dies (round, special-shaped)
4. Able to independently perform mold grinding, polishing, build-up welding, and dimensional correction
5. Familiar with mold-life management and preventive-maintenance systems
Requirements
1. Able to quickly diagnose mold failure causes (wear, cracking, deformation, metal adhesion, etc.) and repair them
2. Proficient with mold-processing equipment
3. Familiar with design parameters and material selection for copper extrusion/drawing dies
4. Able to collaborate with production to optimize mold efficiency and reduce die-breakage rate
