1. Bachelor's degree or above in Materials, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Microelectronics, or related fields
2. 1+ years of polycrystalline indium phosphide synthesis experience
3. Proficient in operating polycrystalline synthesis furnaces; master in-situ direct synthesis / high-pressure liquid-encapsulation process principles
4. Rigorous and meticulous, with good safety awareness and a sense of responsibility
5. Familiar with LEC/HB/VGF crystal-growth processes; PBN crucible handling and vacuum encapsulation skills preferred
6. Understand semiconductor cleanroom management requirements; able to use Office and production-management systems preferred
