Job Description

1. Education & major: PhD; 2026 graduating PhDs may pre-onboard; majors in Materials Science & Engineering, Materials Physics, Condensed-Matter Physics, Semiconductor Materials, etc.; research direction is III-V compound semiconductors, crystal-material synthesis, defect control; indium-phosphide research experience preferred. 2. Professional ability: 2+ years of III-V compound-semiconductor R&D experience; proficient in InP physicochemical properties and vacuum high-temperature synthesis mechanisms; hands-on experience in InP polycrystal synthesis and purification; familiar with material characterization workflows; independent process problem-solving ability; patents, papers, or industrialization experience preferred. 3. Other: age 42 or below (relaxed to 42 for those with rich industrialization experience); upright character, no academic misconduct, good health, strong teamwork ability.
