Huang Yi, Deputy Director of Guangdong Human Resources and Social Security Department, Visits Omat for Research

On March 2, Huang Yi, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, visited Guangdong Omat Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Omat Advanced Materials") to conduct a special research trip on stabilizing employment and boosting job creation, and held discussion sessions with Omat Advanced Materials and other "major employers" in Shaoguan to implement the "Warm Spring in Southern Guangdong" action plan.

Huang Yi and his delegation first toured the company's exhibition hall, gaining a comprehensive understanding of its development history, current business layout, and future development plans, and affirmed the company's practical achievements in technological innovation, job stabilization, and talent cultivation.

Huang Yi pointed out that enterprises are the mainstay of employment stabilization, and Omat Advanced Materials, as a representative local enterprise, deserves credit for its explorations in protecting employees' rights, optimizing employment structure, and improving job quality.
